Annual Book Bag Drive
The Impact Project is pleased to announce we will be collaborating with Chicago Neighbor’s United, Alderman Walter Burnett Jr., Secretary of State Jesse White, Lakesia Collins (IL. State Representative ‘Elect’ 9th District), Jawaharial Omar Williams (IL. State Representative 10th District), Patricia Van Pelt (IL. State Senator 5th District), Kari K. Steele (President of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District) and Mariyana Spyropoulos (Commissioner of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District) at the annual charitable event.
In both the fall of 2020 and 2021, we volunteered in handing out book bags from 10:00AM-1:00PM at Union Park located at 1501 W. Randolph St. Book bags were distributed on Washington St.

The Impact Project: Success Sessions
Are you a 1L, pre-law, or first-generation student? We have news for you! These Success Sessions are FREE to students and are here to help you reach your full potential! Each week, we bring in a panel of guests to give you top tier advice on how to succeed in the classroom and beyond. Our sessions cover everything from study tips, networking tips, job hunting advice, interview prep, resume review, careers in law, and more. And importantly, to help YOU ALL connect and build relationships in this virtual world. ALL STUDENTS FROM ACROSS THE COUNTRY ARE WELCOME!
There is room for us all at the table. We wouldn’t be here today if we didn’t have mentors who turned around and held out a helping hand. And it’s our time to turn around and help out others. We are in your corner. We are rooting for you. And we are here to help!

Join The Impact Project on September 23rd from 5:30-7:30PM as we bring together students, lawyers, judges and elected officials to our FIRST EVER Fall networking event. All are welcome!
